Receta Sesame Tofu Stirfry

Ingredientes
- 12 ounce lowfat extra hard tofu
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 x cloves garlic finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. fresh ginger root minced
- 2 x carrots sliced 1/4" thick on the diagonal
- 2 x red bell peppers halved/seeded sliced
- 1/4 lb snow peas trimmed
- 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce

- Original was 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Cut tofu into 1 inch cubes. In medium bowl, gently toss with sesame oil and sesame seeds. Heat vegetable oil in large nonstick skillet or possibly wok over Medium-High heat. Add in tofu and brown lightly. Remove and reserve. If there are a lot of sesame seeds in oil, strain and return to skillet. Add in garlic and ginger; cook till fragrant, about 30 seconds to one minute. Add in carrots and peppers; cook 2-3 min or possibly till beginning to soften. Add in snow peas and teriyaki sauce. Bring to a boil. Place vegetables on serving platter and top with tofu.
