Ingredientes
- 1 can refried beans
- 2 avocados, mashed
- 16 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco mix
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Healthy pinch of black pepper
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 tomatoes, minced and liquid removed
- 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 - 1 c. sliced olives
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a serving dish as follows:
- 1st layer: refried beans
- 2nd layer: avocados, mashed
- 3rd layer: lowfat sour cream, taco mix, lemon juice, pepper. Combine these four ingredients.
- 4th layer: minced tomato
- 5th layer: minced onion
- 6th layer: Cheddar cheese
- 7th layer: sliced olives.
