Receta Shallot Chili Sauce (Sambal Bawang)

Ingredientes
- 20 x shallots peeled and sliced
- 12 x red chilies seeded and sliced
- 8 x garlic cloves peeled and sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. dry shrimp paste (terasi) toasted
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 c. oil
Direcciones
- Heat oil over medium-high heat. Saute/fry all ingredients except for the lime juice for approximately 2 to 3 min. Cold, then add in the lime juice.
- Keeps up to 1 week or possibly longer if refrigerated.
