Receta Shannon's Grilled Cajun Tuna

Ingredientes
- 2 x tuna steaks
- 1/4 c. Cajun seasoning
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- First coat tuna steaks with Cajun seasoning. Grill till temperature of choice. While grilling, combine cream, butter, mustard, and 3 Tbsp. of seasoning and simmer over low heat till slightly thick. When tuna is done, use sauce for dipping or possibly spoon over top.
