Receta Shellfish And Chicken Paella (Gc)

Ingredientes
- 1 med Onion diced
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. Ancho pwdr
- 1/2 lb Chorizo sliced
- 4 c. Rice
- 6 c. Water
- 4 x Chicken thighs
- 4 lrg Sea scallops
- 4 x Shrimp heads on
- 2 x Lobsters (claws and tail)
- 7 x Cultivated black mussels
- 6 x Littleneck clams
- 8 x Asparagus spears
Direcciones
- In a saute/fry pan on grill, sweat onions in extra virgin olive oil add in spices with a little water cook for 10 min.
- Add in chorizo and render fat. Add in rice and coat with oil. Add in water and cook till al dente.
- In a saute/fry pan on the grill, steam rice. On the grill, cook chicken, clams, shrimp, scallops, asparagus, mussels and lobster, till done. On a large plate, paella pan or possibly soup bowl spoon out rice mix. Add in chicken and shellfish on top and serve.
