Ingredientes
- Â Â Potatoes, diced
- Â Â Vegetable oil
- Â Â Onion, diced
- Â Â Garlic, chopped
- Â Â Tomato, diced
- Â Â Jalapeno, chopped
- Â Â Jack cheese, shredded
Direcciones
- Place a small amount of vegetable oil in skillet and saute/fry potatoes till tender. Add in onion and garlic. Saute/fry till onion is translucent/soft. Add in tomato and jalapeno. Cook till tomato is softened. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Serve with a fried egg and a hamburger patty.
