Ingredientes
- 30 x fresh shiitake caps
- 2/3 c. good-quality sake
- 4 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. mirin
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Direcciones
- Clean the mushroom caps and remove stems. In a saucepan, combine the sake, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and add in the mushrooms. Simmer for 7 min. Remove mushrooms and use in a salad immediately, or possibly cold and use later with grilled meats.
- Yield: 4 as side dish or possibly in salad
