Receta Shirley's Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 c. mashed banana
- 1 c. minced walnuts
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and sugar, add in vanilla and Large eggs. Beat till creamy. Add in sifted flour, sifted with soda and salt, alternately with lowfat milk and bananas. Add in nuts. Pour batter into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min.
