Receta Shredded Brussels Sprouts In Cream

Ingredientes
- 2 x cartons (10 ounces each) Brussels sprouts
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly grnd nutmeg
- Â Â Freshly grnd white pepper
- 1/3 c. whipping cream
Direcciones
- Rinse Brussels sprouts. Cut off and throw away bottoms. Coarsely shred in a food processor or possibly slice about 1/8 inch thick. Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Add in shredded Brussels sprouts and toss well. Cook, stirring frequently, till the Brussels sprouts are wilted and just tender, 3 to 5 min. (Cook to the minimum time if you want to prepare this dish ahead and reheat.) Season with salt, nutmeg and pepper to taste. Add in the cream, stir well and cook till cream is bubbling, about 2 min. Six to eight servings.
