Ingredientes
- 1 lb medium shrimp
- 1 x onion
- 1 c. cracker meal
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 ounce grated cheese
Direcciones
- Take Shrimp and dice in to small pcs, minced onion, add in cracker meal, Large eggs and grated cheese.
- Mix all together well with spoon make into desired size and deep fry or possibly Pan fry- Serve on Bun with either tartar sauce or possibly even better, warm sauce.
