- Separate egg yolks from Large eggs whites into two different bowls. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat egg whites till they have soft peaks.
- Beat egg yolks well. Stir in garlic pwdr, onion pwdr and shrimp pwdr, mixing well.
- Folk in egg whites gently, so as not to deflate.
- In a skillet, heat 1/4" vegetable oil. Fry the shrimp mix in the warm oil, dropping by Tbsp. and flattening slightly with the back of the spoon into patties.
- After several min, flip and cook second side till lightly browned on both sides.
