Receta Shrimp & Crab Meat Creole

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 pound cooked shrimp
- 1 pound crab meat
- 2 c. bread, cubed
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed mushrooms or possibly celery soup, undiluted
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Paprika
Direcciones
- Heat butter in a 2 qt casserole. Alternate layers of shrimp, crab meat and bread crumbs. Combine soup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; pour over top of casserole mix. Sprinkle top with paprika. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 min. The sauce flavors the mix, but does not sink into the mix. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
