Receta Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. Oriental Seasoning mix for Fried Rice or possibly Stir Fry
- 1 can shrimp bits (could use chicken, beef, or possibly ham instead)
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 green onions
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 3 c. precooked rice
Direcciones
- Make rice according to directions and set aside. Mix the seasoning mix and soy sauce together. In a skillet over medium heat add in oil then rice. Stir rice to proportionately coat with oil; pour the soy sauce mix over rice and stir in.
- Slice up the green onions and sprinkle into rice, stir. Add in the liquid removed water chestnuts (you could cut these into smaller portions) and stir in. Push rice over to one side of skillet. Add in the 2 Large eggs in the cleared side of skillet and scramble; fold in with rice. Add in the liquid removed shrimp. Let it heat through on low heat till warm. Serve immediately.
