Receta Shrimp Jambalaya

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c Uncooked White Rice
- 3 c Water
- 2 lb Uncooked, deveined, peeled Lg Shrimp, thawed and tail removed
- 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes with Garlic and Onions, undrained
- 1 md Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 md Onion, chopped
- 3-4 t Cajun Seasoning
Direcciones
- Cook rice in water as directed on package
- Mix cooked rice and remaining ingredients
- Cook over md heat till shrimp is cooked
