Receta Shrimp Kabobs

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 3 or possibly 4 cloves garlic, chopped (2 teaspoon garlic pwdr)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Direcciones
- 2 green peppers, cut in wedges 2 onions, cut in wedges 12 cherry tomatoes
- Combine marinade ingredients, pour over shrimp and chill at least two hrs. Drain, reserving marinade. On greased 12 inch skewers, alternate shrimp, green pepper and onion. Brush with marinade. Broil over coals about 20 min, turning and brushing with marinade often. Place tomatoes on skewers last 2-3 min of cooking.
- To skewer the shrimp in pairs, just turn the second shrimp upside down and reverse its direction to the first.
