- 1 env GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. tequila
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 1 lb large shrimp cleaned Assorted cut-up fresh vegetables
Direcciones
- MIX salad dressing mix, oil, tequila and lime juice till well blended. Pour over shrimp and vegetables; cover. Chill 1 hour or possibly overnight to marinate. Drain.
- ARRANGE shrimp and vegetables on skewers.
- GRILL kabobs on grill over medium-warm coals 10 to 15 min, turning once.
