Receta Shrimp Mushroom Delite

Ingredientes
- 1 pound shrimp, cooked and cut into bite size pcs
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 pound extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1/4 c. dry sherry (optional)
Direcciones
- Heat butter in large skillet. Add in flour and stir. Add in lowfat milk and stir till thick and smooth. Add in cheese and stir till smooth. Add in seasonings. Add in shrimp and mushrooms. Add in sherry at serving time. Serve on rice.
