Receta Shrimp Parmegiana

Ingredientes
- 12 shrimp, cleaned, split and flattened
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. tomato sauce (Marinara)
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 pound Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dip the shrimp into the flour, the Large eggs and then the bread crumbs. In a skillet, heat extra virgin olive oil and brown the shrimp on each side for about 2 min. Remove from skillet and place in baking pan. Cover shrimp with sauce, grated cheese and place Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in 350 degree oven till Mozzarella cheese melts. Serves 2-3.
