- 1 tbsp. lemon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash paprika
- 2 tbsp. minced sweet pickle
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tbsp. salad oil

- Refrigerateprepared shrimp. Mash the egg yolk and beat in the seasoning, lemon butter and oil, add in the minced egg white to the shrimp and then place in crisp lettuce c.. Add in the pickle and cabbage dressing and refrigerateagain before serving.
