Receta Shrimp Royal

Ingredientes
- 1 pound shrimp (fresh or possibly frzn)
- 2 c. rice, uncooked
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 pod warm pepper, if you like
- 1 med. onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 c. celery
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 pound sharp cheese
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
Direcciones
- Boil shrimp. Cook rice in salted water. Saute/fry in butter; peppers, onion and celery. Add in mushrooms. Make a cheese sauce of lowfat milk, cheese and cornstarch. Mix shrimp in saute/fry sauce. Add in cheese sauce. Just before serving, add in rice.
