Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 hard cooked egg, finely minced
- 2 tbsp. finely minced celery
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Boil shrimp. Chop up finely. Add in all ingredients together and mix well. Serve on bread or possibly crackers.
