- 3 tbsp. seasoned soft cream cheese, garlic (there are several types available in the market
- 1 1/2 tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon dry dill weed
- 2 tbsp. onion, minced
- 1 pound small, cooked, peeled shrimp
- Sliced tomatoes
- 1 c. shredded lettuce
Direcciones
- Cream first 4 ingredients together. Mix in onion and shrimp. Top french bread with lettuce, tomato slices and shrimp mix. Serve with fresh fruit.
