  1. 1. Shell and devein shrimp; rinse with running cool water. Rinse scallops and pat dry.
  2. 2. In 10" skillet over medium heat, in warm butter, cook garlic 2 min, stirring occasionally. Increase heat to high; add in shrimp, scallops, salt and cook 4 to 5 min till shrimp turns pink and scallops are tender. Add in tomato and heat through.
  3. 3. To serve, spoon shrimp mix onto hot platter. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
