Receta Shrimp Scampi Gambino Style

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Shrimp (preferably under 15 to a lb.)
- 3/4 lb Butter, softened
- 3 x Shallots, minced fine
- 4 x Garlic cloves, crushed and minced fine
- Â Â Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 c. Plain dry bread crumbs
- 1 x Egg yolk
- 1 tsp Accent (opt)
- 2 tsp Red Devil warm sauce
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Clean, devein and butterfly shrimp. Place them in large, flat pan. Mix butter, shallots, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, bread crumbs, egg yolk, Accent, warm sauce and salt and pepper to taste in bowl. Spoon over raw shrimp. Place under broiler for 3-5 min, checking occasionally not to overcook. Spoon excess sauce over shrimp and serve.
