Receta Shrimp St. Tropez

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce Butter
- 1/2 lrg Onion, finely minced
- 24 lrg Shrimp, peeled
- 2 ounce Pernod liqueur
- 1 pt Whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. Dill
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, room temperature
- 2 Tbsp. Flour (mix with butter)
- Â Â Salt
- Â Â Pepper
- Â Â Lemon juice
- Â Â Worcestershire sauce
- Â Â Cooked rice
Direcciones
- Heat butter in a large skillet. Add in onion and cook quickly. Add in shrimp and cook over high heat till shrimp are half-cooked. Add in Pernod and flambe.
- Add in whipping cream and reduce by one-third. Add in dill and small bits of butter/flour mix till sauce is the consistency desired. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Serve over rice.
- Yield: 4 servings.
