Receta Shrimp With Tomatoes Stir Fry

Ingredientes
- 6 ounce Shrimp, fresh or possibly frzn, shelled
- 1/2 c. Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp Veg. oil
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1/4 tsp Oregano, crushed
- 1/4 tsp Basil, crushed
- 2 tsp Lemon juice, or possibly less
- Â Â Grated Parmesan cheese
- Â Â Minced parsley
- Â Â Accompaniments
- 6 med Broccoli spears, steamed
- 2 x Servings whole-wheat bread
- 1 c. Berries

- THAW shrimp if frzn (1 minute in bowl of cool water). Rinse shrimp
- (devein) and towel dry. HALVE the cherry tomatoes and put aside. CHOP the parsley. Begin STEAMing the vegetable.
- In a large skillet or possibly wok, heat oil to medium-high. Add in shrimp, garlic, oregano and basil and stir fry... till fresh shrimp is no longer pink
- (about 3 min); or possibly till thawed cooked is heated through (about 1-1/2 min).
- Add in the cherry tomatoes and lemon juice to taste, and cook, stirring, about 30 seconds or possibly until tomtoes are heated through. Toss with parmesan and parsley. Serve immediately on same plate as green vegetable.
