Ingredientes
- 2 lb Steak, round
- 2 c. Tomato, crushed
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1/8 tsp Mustard, dry
- 1/8 tsp Pepper, grnd
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1 x Garlic, chopped, clove
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Cut steak into serving pcs and lb. thin. Mix flour, salt, pepper and dredge meat in mix. Brown the meat with oil in large skillet. Pour off the liquid, add in tomatoes, oregano, mustard,parsley and garlic. Cover and simmer about 1 hour.
