Receta Simple Salmon Teriyaki

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 8 x Cloves garlic, thin slices
- 4 x Salmon fillets (7 ounce each)
- 1 bot teriyaki-sauce
Direcciones
- Heat oil in a small skillet. Add in garlic aund sautee till dark golden. Place salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish. Pour teriyaki sauce over the fish. Distribute garlic slices proportionately on top. Marinate for 45 min.
- Preheat oven (400 F). Bake salmon 12 to 15 min. Serve immediately.
- Serving suggestion: boiled potatoes with minced parsley.
- Salty, but tasty.
