Receta Cinnamon Tea Cake

Ingredientes
- 70 gm butter
- 1/2 c. sugar (caster)
- 1 x Large eggs
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. flour, self-raising
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/10 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. sugar (caster)
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar till pale in colour. Fold in egg. Add in the lowfat milk and flour alternately, 1/3 at a time, mixing lightly between each addition.
- Spoon into a greased 20cm cake tin and bake 190C/380F for about 30 min.
- Remove from cake tin onto a wire rack, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with combined cinnamon and sugar.
- Serve with afternoon tea.
