- Chop vegetables into large bowl. Any combination of vegetables can be used.
- Mix dressing ingredients with exception of cottage cheese. With wire whisk, blend. Add in cottage cheese and blend with wire whisk. Pour over vegetables. Chill for at least 2 hrs.
- Serves 8 to 10. Can be made ahead.
