- 1 can (11oz) whole kernel corn,

- Brown chicken in warm oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Stir in barbecue sauce, water, corn and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 min. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
