Receta Skirt Steak Brochettes

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped shallots
- 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Cracked black pepper
- Â Â Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 1/2 lb Flank steak cut with the grain in 1/2" thick slices
- 12 x Wood skewers soaked 30 min
- Â Â Frisee or possibly other salad greens for garnish
- Â Â Light tomato vinaigrette for serving
Direcciones
- In a shallow bowl whisk together vinegar, shallots, extra virgin olive oil, pepper, lemon juice and zest. Thread meat on skewers and add in to marinade; set aside for 1 hour.
- Grill skewers on a preheated grill, a few min per side. Serve 3 per person, garnished with salad greens and a spoonful of vinaigrette.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
- NOTES : Joe's note: It doesn't seem to me which a mere 1/2 lb. of flank steak will serve 4.
