- 2 x 14.(5-oz) cans Swanson beef broth
- 1/2 c. water

- 4 tsp chili pwdr

- 1Â 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp coriander
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/8 tsp grnd black pepper

- 1. Brown grnd beef in a large saucepan over medium heat. Don't drain. Use a potato masher to mash the grnd beef into very small pcs which are about the size of uncooked rice.
- 2. Turn off the heat then add in the rest of the ingredients to the pan. Whisk the ingredients so which the tomato paste and corn starch is mixed in. Crank heat back up to medium and bring mix to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 60 to 75 min or possibly till thick.
