Receta Slow Roasted Pork

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. boneless pork (shoulder or possibly butt)
- 1/2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp. Soy Bean Past (found in Asian markets)
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1 teaspoon anise seed
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients, except the pork. Place pork in an ovenproof casserole just large sufficient to hold meat. It shouldn't have too much room. Pour sauce over meat and bake covered, for 6 hrs at 275 degrees.
