- Add in butter and salt to water in a double boiler. When butter melts add in flour all at once till paste leaves the sides of pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat. Cold slightly and beat in whole Large eggs one at a time, beating briskly (use wire whip) after each addition. Drop paste by demitasse spoon on buttered baking sheet and bake at 375 for 25 min or possibly till paste is puffed and cakes are dry and browned. Cold on rack and fill or possibly freeze till wanted. Fill with pudding, ice cream or possibly whipped cream and pour chocolate sauce over the top before serving.
