Ingredientes
- 4 med red potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Place potatoes in saucepan. Cover with cool water. Add in healthy pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 to 25 min or possibly till tender. Drain potatoes and transfer back to saucepan. Smash with potato masher. Add in butter and lowfat milk. Season with salt and pepper.
