- 2 x Chipotle peppers, canned in adobo sauce
- 2 x Clove garlic 3 Tbsp. coarsely minced shallots
- 1 x Lime , juice of
- Â Â Kosher salt and fresh grnd pepper.

- Place the butter, chipotles, garlic, shallots, and lime juice in a food processor and blend till smooth. Season with salt and pepper. May be refrigerated, covered for up to 3 days.
