Receta Smoked Mozzarella Naan Bread Pizza
My favorite homemade pizza is made on Garlic Naan Bread. It's made with fire-roasted garlic, cilantro and ghee (clarified butter). Since it's baked in a tandoor oven this flatbread has a smoky taste and a light char. It's a quick bake approx. 10 min. Any combination of veggies, meats and cheeses can be used. This is a delicious Italian- Indian personal size pizza!
Ingredientes
- 1 Naan bread
- 1 cup of spinach (squeeze dry)
- 1 cup of button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, sliced thin
- 6-8 slices of smoked mozzarella cheese (thin)
- Olive oil
- salt
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- In a skillet heat olive oil
- Add mushrooms with a bit of salt and sautee until almost cooked through
- Add spinach and garlic.
- Sautee for approx. 5 minutes, add salt if needed
- Drizzle olive oil on Naan bread
- Top Naan bread with cooked mushrooms & spinach mixture
- Top with smoked mozzarella
- Bake for approx. 10 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown
