Receta Smoked Salmon Ravioli With Sour Cream And Dill

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
- 1/3 c. Finely minced shallot
- 1/2 c. Finely minced smoked salmon (about 1/4 lb.)
- 1/4 c. Cream cheese at room temperature
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh dill
- 3 Tbsp. Chopped fresh chives
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- Â Â Salt and freshly grnd pepper
- 24 x Won ton wrappers (available at Asian markets and many supermarkets) thawed if frzn
- Â Â Melted butter, lowfat sour cream and chopped fresh dill, as accompaniments
Direcciones
- In a small skillet heat the butter over moderate heat and cook the shallots, stirring, till soft. Transfer to a bowl and let cold. Stir in the salmon, cream cheese, dill, chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper, mixing well to combine and chill, covered, for 1 hour.
- Prepare the won ton ravioli (see above procedure). Serve the hot ravioli drizzled with the melted butter and topped with lowfat sour cream and chopped fresh dill.
