Ingredientes
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. plus tbsp. shortening
- 3/4 to 1 c. sour lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Combine flour, baking pwdr, soda and salt; cut in shortening with pastry blender till mix resembles coarse meal. Add in lowfat milk, stir till blended well.
- Turn dough out onto a lightly floured board and knead lightly about 20 seconds. Pat dough to 1/2 inch, cut into rounds. Bake at 450 for 10 to 12 min. Makes 1 dozen.
