Receta Soft Chocolate Drop Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 squares melted chocolate
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. nuts, if you like
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and sugar thoroughly; add in chocolate, Large eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Sift dry ingredients together and add in alternately with lowfat milk, ending with dry ingredients. Add in nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a moderate 350 degree oven for 12-15 min. Cold, then frost. Let this batter set a few min before you start baking the cookies. They are better if you make small cookies.
