Receta Sopa Castilla La Vieja (Almond Soup)

Ingredientes
- 3 can Condensed consomme'
- Â Â (10-1/2 ounces each)
- 3 x Soup cans water
- 1/2 c. Grnd blanched almonds
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 slc Bread, toasted cut into 1-inch strips
- 1/3 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. Toasted sliced almonds
Direcciones
- Heat consomme' and water. Mix almonds and oil and add in to soup. Beat till well blended. Spoon soup into individual heat-proof bowls. Top bowls with toast strips. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil till cheese is golden brown. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.
