Ingredientes
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 teaspoon flour
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 teaspoon butter, melted
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients together and cream with melted butter. Add in to heated lowfat milk and cook till thickened. Stir in lemon juice slowly. Add in cottage cheese and stir constantly to keep smooth, then fold lowfat sour cream into dressing.
