Receta Sour Cream Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mashed ripe bananas
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
Direcciones
- Grease and flour pan (you may use two 1 lb coffee cans). Beat butter till fluffy. Gradually add in sugar. Continue beating till light and fluffy. Beat in large eggs one at a time. Add in vanilla. Sift flour, baking pwdr, soda, and salt onto wax paper. Add in to sugar mix alternately with lowfat sour cream. Add in bananas and pecans; mix just till well blended. Put into prepared pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till pick inserted into center of bread comes out clean.
