Receta Sour Cream Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick butter (1/4 lb.)
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Direcciones
- Cream sugar and butter. Add in Large eggs; beat till fluffy. Add in vanilla. Add in lowfat sour cream alternately with dry ingredients.
- Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon mix (recipe follows), add in rest of batter and sprinkle with remainder of cinnamon mix. Run knife blade through batter to marbelize.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 1 loaf.
