Receta Sour Cream Prune Cake

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1 c. Thick lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. Cool water
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1Â 1/2 c. Cake flour
- 2 x Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. Uncooked pitted prunes
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Cloves
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
Direcciones
- Combine Large eggs, sugar, cream, and water. Mix well. Sift flour, measure 1 1/4 c., and sift with baking pwdr, baking soda, salt, and spices. Add in to first mix. Beat thoroughly. Add in prunes that have been cut in small pcs and dredged in 1/4 c. of the sifted flour. Pour into well-oiled loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven (375 F) about 45 min.
