Receta Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 4 c. sliced cooked potatoes
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt and a dash of pepper
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Cook potatoes in salted water till done. Saute/fry onion in butter. Combine with lowfat sour cream, water, Large eggs, salt and pepper. Place potatoes in a buttered casserole. Pour lowfat sour cream sauce over them. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
