Ingredientes
- 2 x Very ripe avocados, peeled
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 3/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Cumin
- 1 can (6-ounce) bean dip
- 2 x Tomatoes, diced
- 3/4 c. Green onions, sliced
- 1 c. Ripe olives, sliced
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- Â Â Doritos
Direcciones
- 1. Combine avocados, lemon juice, salt, pepper in a blender. Blend smooth.
- 2. In a small bowl mix lowfat sour cream, mayo, chili pwdr, garlic, and cumin.
- 3. In a pie plate place layers of ingredients, spreading with a spatula: bean dip on bottom; avocado fold in middle; lowfat sour cream mix on top.
- 4. Sprinkle tomatoes, green onions and olives on top. Sprinkle cheese last.
- 5. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve with Doritos or possibly taco chips.
