- 1/2 pkt country style frzn hash browns - (26-ounce pkg)
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese - (4 ounce)
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/2 tsp grnd cumin
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- Â Â Jalapeno pepper slices for garnish
Direcciones
- Stir together first 9 ingredients; let stand 10 min. Stir in flour.
- Drop mix by 1/4 cupfuls into warm oil in a large skillet; cook over medium-high heat 3 min on each side or possibly till golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Garnish, if you like.
