Receta Southern Chicken Sandwich
Ingredientes
- 1/2 avocado (minced)
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1/4 c. minced tomatoes
- 1/4 c. minced red onion
- 1 tbsp. minced cilantro
- 1/4 c. plain yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon chili pwdr
Direcciones
- To poach chicken breast: Boil in water with carrots, celery, onion and parsley. Cold and slice for sandwiches.
- Mix ingredients for salsa. Arrange lettuce on bread then chicken. Top with salsa and a red pepper ring.
- Save water from poached chicken for stock or possibly bouillon.
- Low calorie with low-fat plain yogurt. Low in fat.
